Q: What is the Autodesk Legacy Program?
A: The Autodesk® Legacy Program provides customers who own valid licenses of select retired Autodesk
software the opportunity to purchase discounted, new licenses of current Autodesk® products from Repro Products.
Q: What is the current discount Autodesk is offering to Legacy customers?
A: Between March 23 and July 31, 2006, Autodesk is offering customers with AutoCAD® Release 14,
AutoCAD 2000, AutoCAD 2000i, and AutoCAD 2002-based software licenses the opportunity to purchase
new licenses of current Autodesk products from Repro Products at a 45% discount from the Suggested Retail Price if purchased with Autodesk Subscription, or 40% without Autodesk Subscription. For more information about the

Q: Who is eligible for this discount?
A: Customers who own a valid license of select, retired Autodesk software that was not upgraded before
their respective, publicly announced, retirement dates are eligible for this promotion. Customers owning
AutoCAD LT® software are not eligible for this offer.
Q: Which Autodesk products are eligible for this discount?
A: Valid licenses based on AutoCAD Release 14, AutoCAD 2000, AutoCAD 2000i, and AutoCAD 2002
software, Autodesk Inventor® 4 and 5, Autodesk Inventor® Series 6 and 7, Autodesk 3ds Max® and
Autodesk® VIZ may be eligible to participate. This is not a complete list. Please contact us to find out if the product you are using is eligible.
Q: Is this discount offered to commercial, education, and government customers?
A: Commercial and Government customers in the United States and Canada may participate in this
program. In Latin America, only commercial customers may participate. Education license holders cannot
participate in this offer.
Q: Am I eligible to upgrade my retired software?
A: No. Autodesk does not allow us to sell upgrades from retired products after the retirement date. The Autodesk
Legacy Program offers customers who missed the retirement date the opportunity to purchase a new (full)
license at a discounted price.
Q: Is Autodesk Subscription required to receive the discount?
A: No, there is no requirement to place your purchase on Autodesk® Subscription, but in order to receive
the maximum discount of 45% you must purchase Autodesk Subscription at the same time. Participation is
highly recommended to receive all the benefits of being an Autodesk Subscription customer such as
incremental product enhancements, personalized web support and self-paced training options with one
annual fee.
Q: Are there any requirements to receiving this discount?
A: No, other than providing a valid serial number of the qualifying products in an amount equivalent to the
number of new discounted seats a customer wants to purchase under this program, there are no
requirements.
